SHIPPING

We work hard to offer low, affordable shipping rates to our customers, and are pleased to offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available and details can be found at check out.

We know you are as excited to get your FORTE apparel as much as we are to get you in it, so rest assured that your order will leave our warehouse as quickly as possibly. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, in addition to transit time.

Please know that once your order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer in control nor responsible for delays. Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates, and are subject to delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be thrilled with your FORTE apparel. If you aren't, we want to make it right.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn & unwashed, with tags attached. Any item returned damaged or biohazardous will be disposed of and ineligble for return, at the discretion of FORTE Apparel. All "final sale" purchases are final; no returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@forte-apparel.com, with your order number.

Should you wish to return with a pre-paid shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Our customer service team will infom you of the shipping cost during the return process. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & are non-refundable.

Should you wish to return the item via your own method, you are responsible for the cost as well as ensuring that your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse. We recommend purchasing a shipping label that includes tracking information.

EXCHANGES

You may return an item up to (2) times. Please contact our customer service team at support@forte-apparel.com and we will be happy to review your options.

 

SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders order $50.
 
Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments.
  • For orders between $50 - $150, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
  • For orders over $150, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.

After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results & to ensure that your apparel lasts for years to come, follow the tips below:

  • Machine wash cold & tumble dry or preferrably, hang dry... air drying your clothing helps protect them from the long term effects of heat, retains their shape, and extends their lifespan.
  • Do not dry clean
  • Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh detergents
